Projects turns Handoff into an all-in-one management tool for your jobs. We put estimates, proposals, change orders, and invoices in one place. With the transition to Projects, our AI will go from being your personal estimator to your back-office business assistant.
In the near future, Projects will also include notes, file storage, and a project calendar. Soon, you'll be using AI to generate estimates from photos, notes, and files.

Now Available in Projects: Change Orders
You can now create, send, and manage Change Orders directly in Handoff. This allows you to quickly handle scope changes after a proposal has been signed.
Change Orders work like mini-estimates. They will show the differences between the original agreement and new work. Change Orders can be sent for client approval, just like proposals. You can require client signatures, collect change order payments, and attach photos documenting the change in scope.

We've completely rebuilt our payment processing engine which has allowed us to reduce our processing fees to be the cheapest in the industry.
- Credit card processing fees have been lowered to 2.85%
- ACH transfer fees have been lowered to 1% (with a $10 cap)
